1. Check the date & time required on the Calendar (note, this is an indication that the hall is not already booked, but it is not a guarantee of availability)
2. Complete the enquiry form below. This will send an email to the Bookings Secretary
3. You will be contacted to confirm the date, discuss your requirements and agree the charge
4. You will then receive a booking form which should be completed and returned to the Bookings Secretary along with any payment due in advance.
5. You now have a confirmed booking
