How to Book the Hall and/or the Committee Room…

  1. Check the date & time required on the Calendar (note, this is an indication that the hall is not already booked, but it is not a guarantee of availability)
  2. Complete the enquiry form below. This will send an email to the Bookings Secretary.
  3. You will be contacted to confirm the date, discuss your requirements and agree the charge. If you do not get a reply within 48 hours please either phone: 07709 864568 or email:
  4. You will then receive a booking form which should be completed and returned to the Bookings Secretary along with any payment due in advance.
  5. You now have a confirmed booking.
