The main hall is 9.35m x 16.35m in total with a fixed stage 3.65m x 5.55m which can be extended if required. The main hall’s capacity is up to 150 depending upon the type of event you are planning.

Please take your rubbish home with you if at all possible and recycle it. There are bins inthe yard outside the kitchen door for small quantities of waste only.

Yes, there is village hall car park and the area of field to the rear right of the hall can be used for overflow parking.

There is a wheelchair access to the hall and disabled toilet facilities.

The hall is licensed for the sale of alcoholic drinks, however the hirer must declare that they wish to be covered by the licence at the time of booking, declare this on the bookings form and obtain the written authorisation of the village hall management committee via the ‘letter of authorisiation’ in order to be covered. There will be a fee for this & hirers should be aware that provision of an alcoholic drink as part of the ticket price is the same as directly selling alcohol.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms of the Premises License granted to Plumley Village Hall Committee under the Licensing Act 2003. A copy of the licence is displayed in the hall foyer and on the website.

Plumley Village Hall is a registered charity number 520096. The building and land are held in Trust and the hall is managed by Plumley Village Hall Committee.
